What is MOVE 'N' GROOVE4BGC?

MOVE ‘N’ GROOVE4BGC is the biggest annual fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County. All proceeds raised go directly to the local Clubs.

This campaign brings family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors together for a fun-filled event. Pledges raised support the ongoing mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County. Hundreds of participants will pedal, run, walk, and groove their way across the finish line and into the post-event party of cold drinks, great food, family games and activities, and LIVE MUSIC!

Registration Price & Increase Dates

$55: Now - May 31st
$60: June 1st - June 30th
$65: July 1st- July 14th
$70: Same Day Registration

Prices will increase as we get closer to the event date.

4:00-7:30 pm

BEFORE THE EVENT DAY, THERE WILL BE TIME FOR MOVE4BGC PARTICIPANTS TO REGISTER AND PICK UP THEIR EVENT PACKETS. PACKETS WILL INCLUDE A BIB, T-SHIRT, FUNDRAISING INCENTIVES, ROUTES, SWAG AND MORE!

If you are picking up for your team, please let us know at least one day ahead so we can assemble each team member’set and have them ready to go at the time of your pickup. Email Specialevents@bgcdc.org with these requests.

You can still pick up and register the morning of the event, but we STRONGLY encourage you to pick up early to avoid lines.
