11 paid holidays annually, with the option for employees to “substitute” up to 2 designated BGCDC holidays for cultural holidays, observances, and practices that fall outside of our designated holiday schedule

New employees receive up to 15 days of ETO in their first year of employment, and one additional day annually each year (16 days in their second year of employment, etc)

8 hours of volunteer time off annually

Priority enrollment for youth in BGCDC after school & summer care programs

Every full-time non-exempt or exempt employee is eligible for a paid sabbatical of up to 45 workdays after reaching 5 consecutive years of employment with Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County, and every 5 consecutive years thereafter.
